GRADING COMMITEE ROLES
Instructor
An Instructor is in charge of running the Graders through their Techniques and Drills.
Examiner
An Examiner Grades the students as the Instructor/s run the Graders through their Techniques and Drills.
Greeter/Admin
The Greeter/Admin role is charged with Greeting Spectators and Students as they enter the Dojo. They will also collect any Paperwork, Payments from Spectators and Students related to the grading as well relaying important information such as Injuries etc, to the Examiner/s.
Student Support
The student support role is charged with helping students during their grading. Support to students is given when they might of missed what the instructor said, they are clearly struggling with part of the grading and if they need 1st Aid or an exhaustion break etc.
Host
A Host will communicate mostly with the spectators to help them understand what’s happening and for them to stay engaged with the grading. The host handles all questions from spectators so all other members of the grading committee can focus on running the grading.
